I've recently purchased my home in Boca Raton fl. about a few months ago and i must say I'm overjoyed with the service that Jeff Daly provided for me. I arrived from Illinois to Boca Raton for only a week and he used every day to my advantage, giving me a tour of the neighborhood first, then showing the homes i was interested in and even a few that i wasn't so that i may compare. Jeff gave me all the details of each home and was very honest about all of them by telling me the pros and cons of each house and its surrounding area, something i haven't seen many agent do. Before i left he made sure i picked the perfect house and was absolutely satisfied. He was there at the closing when i couldn't be and was at my amazing new home to hand the keys to my daughter when she arrived with the moving tuck. All in all, my experience did not feel like i was just having an agent sell me a house, but of a good friend trying to make sure i found my perfect home.

Jeff did an outstanding job seeing my wife and myself through the journey of buying a property in So. FL. He is well networked with many important resources related to a real estate transaction (lenders, inspectors, etc). He clearly understands that he is not selling a home but that the home needs to sell itself. He does however point out out any features which may not be attractive to subsequent buyers of the property.
